Section 26D
Land to be divided between Landlord and Mohi:

(1) Section 26C. According to sub-section (1) of the joint application, if both the landowner and Mohi are not mutually approved, if one of the landowners or the Mohi makes an application, the designated officer should ask the landowner or Mohi to provide the necessary evidence and share the land equally based on the area or valuation of the land to be distributed. Mohi Lagat should be cut.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when dividing the land between the landowners, the private guthi must be registered only in the land owner's possession.
